Psychiatry Visits
Beginning with a 60 Minute Initial Visit, we will analyze your pre-visit questionnaire (sent out prior to your appointment) to create a custom treatment plan. Treatment plans can include recommendations for medications, labs, therapy, lifestyle coaching, nutrition, and supplements.
Medication Management
We specialize in prescribing and overseeing psychiatric medications to help you manage your mental health condition effectively. Our psychiatric team works closely with you to find the right medication and dosage, ensuring your treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs. Trust us to provide expert guidance and support on your journey toward improved mental well-being through medication management.
Addiction Treatment
We have years of combined experience in the diagnosis and evidence-based treatments of substance use and dual diagnosis conditions. Treatments offered include Suboxone MAT, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. We also offer TMS for smoking cessation and addiction disorders.
Holistic Treatments
Metabolic Assessment
Our experienced providers will meet with you to discuss safe, effective treatments that can help you meet your nutrition and weight goals. Assessment includes a complete medical history, and labs may be ordered. Medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro may be prescribed when indicated based on BMI and lab results.
Hormone Assessment
Our providers will complete a full medical assessment including ordering tests to screen for common hormone imbalances. We offer treatment for testosterone therapy, management of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and other hormone conditions. Dr. Stefani LaFrenierre is a licensed Medical Doctor and is Double Board-Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and the Founder of Resiliency Mind+Body Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed her Adult Psychiatry residency training at San Mateo Behavioral Health and Recovery Services. She also completed a fellowship through the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma with a certification in Global Mental Health, Trauma and Recovery.
Dr. LaFrenierre has expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, autism spectrum, neuro-divergent spectrum, substance use, and dual diagnosis disorders. She is experienced with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and integrative mind body medicine. She is committed to providing safe, equitable, and inclusive treatment for all.
